Alberta Has The Sovereign Right To Leave Canada a FACTUAL review of the constitution in Canada 1936

A review of the pamphlet R. Rogers Smith Published in 1937.
The information contained in this booklet was placed before
Premier Aberhart and members of his Cabinet by R. Rogers Smith
in the Macdonald Hotel, Edmonton, in October, 1935.
By checking the information in this brochure it
can be proved that Alberta has the Sovereign
right to issue and use its own credit. If, however,
the members do not do this, they can be justly
accused by their electors of incompetence or worse.
The facts are taken from the Statutes at large, from
the Archives, and from original historical sources
which are irrefutable.
