THE BUDGET ZETEC TURBO that everyone talks about ST170 bottom end/blacktop head

so yea as the title suggests this is the budget Zetec turbo that everyone talks about. every time I see some one ask about a budget Zetec turbo there is always some one who suggests an st170 bottom end with a blacktop head and a thicker head gasket. I my self have never tried it.... until now so lets see how we get on. also Ginge needs a nickname any suggestions?? as Emilio has no idea :)
