Have you ever wondered how a mating attempt in the Koala-World looks and SOUNDS like?

This big male tries to sneak up on a female in an attempt to mate with her. She has noticed and is clearly anything but impressed! He takes his time, then takes a leap towards her. She is fighting him off...I am holding my breath and hope neither of them fall off...the branch behind her is dead and ends not far beyond her. After a seemingly endless minute, he retreats defeated, but bellowing!

On a different note: I started a petition months ago, to raise awareness about what's happening to Australia's native species...I will keep updating it, make submissions to politicians etc.
