Ford Ranger - Easy way to remove air from the hydraulic clutch linkage

Here is the method I used to remove air from the master cylinder in my 2001 Ford Ranger hydraulic clutch linkage. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to do this but I found my method to be the best.
