BREAKING: 'Plan B' COVID measures to continue, PM recommends

Boris Johnson says that he will recommend to the cabinet that Plan B COVID restrictions continue, while imploring people to get a booster vaccine jab.

The Prime Minister said that 10m boosters had been provided since his 'Get Boosted Now' campaign was launched in December.

9m eligible people were still eligible however, with 90% of people in intensive care in hospital not having received it.
