High Court STAY ORDER: KW Group ne already court mein legal case file kar diya hai and they have successfully secured a STAY from the court. The court has clearly ordered that NO transaction can be done on this same land. Furthermore, the Allahabad High Court has continued the STAY on this Land. Adalat ke stay ke baad koi registry ya transaction possible hi nahi hai!
FIR Registered: The matter is now in the hands of the police. KW Group has officially logged an FIR against the involved parties for this fraud.
Official Legal Notice: As mentioned above, Saya Group has formally denied planning any project here in their response to KW Group's legal notice.
