Their tasting menu is 14 courses, lasts roughly 3.5 hours, and takes you on a journey through food located at different altitudes of the country, from the diverse Amazon rainforest to the Andes mountain range. Incredible experience with incredible staff. Not just about eating fancy food, but about experiencing an entire culture and cuisine, in ways you never imagined. And I filmed it all for you guys to enjoy, only cutting out small 5-10 minute waiting snippets in-between. Here is Part 1. Hope you enjoy.
