Reasons why I am so loud about my situation:
- Other EU citizens in the Netherlands see that it can happen to Dutch people too
- Dutch citizens can see that it can happen to Dutch citizens too
- Being street-homeless is no joke but we don't all need rehab FFS; we need financial support
- If Dutch people see that it can happen to a highly educated Dutch woman, then it may become easier for them to have compassion with others in this situation and realize that "homeless people" is not synonymous with "dangerous people"
