Wild Edible Plants, Early Spring in Indiana

I head out Early Spring In Indiana searching for Wild Edible plants. Specifically searching for Wild Onions to dehydrate and Curly Dock for dinner. Gustav and I spend the afternoon in the rain Identifying and talking about lesser known uses of some plants and mushrooms. We also show how bluebells can be guaranteed to put a smile on your wife's face! A very powerful result indeed!
