How to Get A Good White Balance for Landscape Photography

Interested in how to get a good white balance in your landscape photography? This latest vlog shows you some of the techniques that I use to process my photos.

White balance is a key component of our images from when we first capture it in the field where we get the first look at an image to the digital workstation back at the office.

An incorrect white balance or a photo that has a bad colour cast will always make your audience look past it in favour of something else.

And of course make sure that any photo is captured with the most information you can in the raw file or raw files if you're blending images.

The following tutorial shows how I look at the white balance in my images from the landscape and then into Lightroom where the image is processed.
