Hollywood gossip queen, Rona Barrett, landed an interview with Joan Baez for her January 29, 1981, program. The gossip maven conducted a surprisingly insightful interview with MS Baez concerning her life, times, music and influences. At the end of the interview Joan sings an early version of her "Children of the Eighties" composition. It should be noted that a couple decades after this interview, MS Barrett was spotted in the audience of one of Joan's concerts in southern California.
