Lower your expectations but Neon Kaji is still fun | War Robots gameplay

Sometimes there are great games. This is not one of those times. And I'm blaming the Arbiter UE Arthur, which is deadly in other peoples' hands but not so much in mine.

In all seriousness, please explain to me what I need to do to make the Arbiter UE Arthur not so meh. I know some of it is just bad instincts, but if the answer is, "go to a damage-dealing build," I'm not sure I'm so interested in playing it. I just don't think, until the inevitable Atlas and SWORD nerfs, there's room for a non-defense UE Arthur....
