Which Cheap Used Electric Vehicle would I buy in 2019?
Every year the electric car market changes drastically. Unlike traditionally gasoline powered cars electric car technology is advancing at a rapid pace. Over two years ago my wife and I bought a certified preowned BMW i3 and Chevrolet Volt. Two years later there are new budget options available. Which car would I purchase this year?
