Making a 5000 Year Old Bogwood Glow Ring with a Carbon Fiber Liner

In today's video Patrick Adair designs a ring made out of wood that is over 5,000 years old! Bogwood is formed when a tree gets covered by a swamp leaving it deprived of oxygen so it takes much longer to decompose. Over all this time, the wood turns the dark black color that you see in the video. Patrick also adds carbon fiber to the inside of the ring which makes the ring incredibly strong and introduces another interesting material to an already amazing ring!
