This is what true FEAR looks like.
UPDATE: The video has been UN-age restricted. YouTube actually made a good call for once.
Let this victory serve as inspiration for complainers everywhere.
This year YouTube decided to wish me a happy Halloween by completely demolishing my latest video with no specific explanation. I didn't realize fictional horror movies were an issue on this site until now. In a vacuum it sort of makes sense; R-rated movies are somewhat equivalent to an age-restricted YouTube video, but given the dozens of other reviews of The Thing which already subsist on the platform without issue, I assumed that I would be in the clear. When I posted it, the video was initially approved for all ads with no copyright violations. I just wish YouTube's systems were more consistent. The platform's seeming unwillingness to be transparent with its reasoning and enforcement has created a culture of fear and paranoia for any channel who wants to upload anything more complex than preschool playtime for babies.
