FYI- My transitioning goal is 3 years which will be in November. I’m not experiencing breakage so I’m in no rush to cut my hair (I’ve done trims). I do not have heat damage, rarely use heat on my hair (once in the last 2 years). The treatment that I did to my hair is called Japanese Hair Straightening not a relaxer. I was very happy with it for 9 years but I was looking for a change and decided to go on a natural hair journey.
