The Poisson Integral Formula on the Upper Half Space

We have previously seen how to construct the Poisson Integral Formula on the unit disc. We can now use the Cayley Transformation to map the unit disc onto the upper half space. When we do this procedure, we will change the variables to find the Poisson Integral Formula for the upper half space.

Note: There should not be an f^{-1} in the second to last step. Please forgive the small typo.
