In this video, I would to share my PCOS Journey. Just for a disclaimer, I 'am not a professional-medical representative. What I 'am going to share with you are all based on my experience.

I’ll be sharing my experience on how to CONTROL my PCOS and how to treat/prevent on having irregular menstrual cycle.

Also, what I meant for “prevention” is that for example your Doctor recommends you to lose weight and by losing weight it will help you to “avoid” of getting irregular periods. If your periods turned into regular and normal menstrual cycle, you may “control” your pcos.

If you noticed in this video, I've been rambling a little bit, it's because of my pregnancy brain. Hehe. I can't fully blame my hormones as well as, I can’t fully handle my laziness. 😅Hahaha.
