This is a review of the fourth version of everybody's favorite enemy leader; Cobra Commander... and definitely the oddest. He came with a glider that actually flew when launched. There was a variant where early releases had painted eyebrows, with the majority going without. And, if you popped his face shield off you could totally see his fully sculpted face. Wait, WHAT?!
