Mid-Century Modern Park Paradise Condominiums is one of just 16, completely intact, Post & Beam style Garden Apartments left in Scottsdale. Now considered to be the most expensive way to build, Post & Beam architecture worked 70 years ago because it was the easiest and fastest way to build. Its popularity coined the term "multi-family housing," as the answer to the Post WWII housing crisis. Post & Beam lent itself to many different uses, but how America came to know it best was as the Motor Inn.
