Dark Round The Edges Live - In Memory of Carly Giles

It's been seven years since we lost Carly.
Nothing significant in the number 7, except it's another year without her.
She would have been 30 last year - and last year(2017) on October 13th, her twin sister, my daughter Kim, became Mrs. Kim Thorneycroft, having married DARK's drummer Clive's son Paul.
They met for the first time at our 'Memories In Pink' concert we put on in her honour to raise funds for Northampton General Hospital.
We got back together after 14 years specifically for this 'one off' event.
It is very unlikely that we would have ever reformed otherwise, as Martin had emigrated to Bulgaria.
He came back just for that event.
Having done that, we decided to do one more 'Farewell' gig before Martin returned abroad, to try and get some worthwhile video.
The result was our gig at The Racehorse on Abington Square, Northampton.
October 19th, 2011.
I'm so glad we did that!
It turned out much better than I could have hoped and again, would never have happened if we hadn't decided, at Carly's funeral, to play one more time in her memory.

All our 'Dark Round The Edges' tracks were played at that gig and, in Carly's honour, I have made them available here.
