Putting your nerves behind you
NASA Astronaut Mike Massimino recalls his first ever space walk, and the experience in terms of nerves and preparation. Though there were initial feelings of anxiety, Mike explains that once he was able to ground himself, he realized that he was more than well prepared, and knew exactly what he was doing; he had to place all of his anxiety away from the forefront of his mind.
