The “I Matter” Morning Check-In
– Ask yourself “What do I need today?” and honor it.
– You stop abandoning yourself and start meeting your own emotional needs.
Challenge One Limiting Belief
– “I’m not enough.”
– “I’m a burden.”
– “I can’t get it right.”
– “I don’t deserve love.”
- "I'm not worthy"
You’ll learn how to interrupt these inherited, conditioned lies(also known as your old stories) and rewrite the story so you can finally feel safe standing in your worth.
