Tropical Storm Nicholas update & tropical weather forecast: Sept. 14, 2021

Tropical Storm Nicholas will continue soaking Texas and the Gulf Coast, where flooding is a major concern. Out in the Atlantic, forecasters are watching two other potential disturbances, either of which could become Odette.
