Q. WHAT IS SQUID GAME?
ANS - Squid, also known as ojingeo (Korean: 오징어), is a children's game in Korea. The game is named as such because the shape of the game board drawn on the ground resembles that of a squid, and there are regional variations of the name such as "squid gaisan" (with "gaisan" thought to be a variation of the Japanese word “kaisen” 開戦, "to start a war"), or "squid takkari". It is a multiplayer game, and the game is divided into two teams, offensive and defensive. There are two main purposes, either for the attackers to achieve the purpose of the attack, or for the teams to annihilate each other.

GAMEPLAY
The home bases for each of the teams are called "houses" (집).
The top circle is the house for the offensive team, while the bottom rectangle is the house for the defensive team. When attacking, players can only move with one foot. However, it is permissible to put one foot in the "safe area" and one foot in the other area.
When a defensive attacker reaches the small wedge-shaped promotion area at the top of the triangle (overlapping with the offensive house) after crossing the narrow bridge area that connects the triangle and much of the rectangle, they can move on both feet in all areas.
Likewise, a small circle at the very bottom of the rectangle, or alternatively the top corners of the defensive house on either side of the bridge area, can be used as promotion areas for offensive attackers.
There are regional variations on the name of the bridge area.
If the members of the offense team or defense team stump on the line, they die.
