How to Practice Tennis While Injured | Thomas Muster Style 🙌

My student Shamir sustained a foot injury that is slowly healing. In today’s video, we perform drills inspired by Thomas Muster. He is a former French Open Champion who famously practiced with a serious leg injury in 1989 and kept his game sharp while healing. The drills performed in this video are non weight bearing and safe to do if you have a leg injury. However, before you go out on the tennis court injured, get clearance from your doctor first.
