Edge of the Earth (Jia-li x Beckett)

Based off my original character (played by Zhang Ziyi lol)and her relationship with Cutler Beckett. If you're curious about their relationship(or if you want to roleplay!) just message me and I'll be happy to tell you. I have lots of mini stories with them, not all of them the same..this is just one I decided to put to video.

For a quick jist of what's going on in this (rather angsty) version of the story, Beckett has had a long affair with a girl from China where the EIC has placed port. Jia-li is a trained assassian whom is hired by the company to track down pirates in the east. However, after Beckett breaks off the affair for fear of anything significant occuring that may not be respectable in the eyes of the court, Jia-li refuses to be cast aside. She becomes insistant that Beckett come back to her, and she threatens to provide proof of their affair if he does not come to his senses...Certainly not being able to tolerate this, Beckett sends a few of his contacts in the east..including a desperate Norrington, to take care of Jia-li for good. (I told you this was an angsty version!) At the end, what's in Norry's bag? Is Jia-li dead, or was it faked? Give me your guesses!! I'd love to hear them :)

The song is rather modern I know, but if you listen it's about the power struggle in their relationship and how it's "just a matter of time" until something happens...
