Repairing a cuckoo quail clock by Hubert Herr made in the 1950s. Part 2 of 2. (See description)

In this video I get the Hubert Herr cuckoo clock up and running but I have to make one final adjustment as the screws that hold the bird post for the cuckoo side came loose and the strike side governor fan has came loose. I fixed that governor fan already by taking the low note cuckoo bellow out I was able to loosen the top left nut, take the governor fan out and tighten it up and then put it all back together. Now I am contemplating on taking the dial off to see if I can tighten the cuckoo bird post screws up.
