F-35B Aggressive Demo 2019 Beaufort Air Show

The USMC F-35B Lightning II shreds the sky to pieces at the 2019 Beaufort Air Show. Shot on Sunday, April 28.

The F-35B is a regular performer at MCAS air shows, and it has been since 2013. Due to testing requirements, the demonstration has been pretty limited in the past, but at each show, they always seem to add a little something extra to the routine.

However, this routine is absolutely MENTAL! The F-35B in this video performs very high energy aerobatics, including a square loop, a low speed loop, a "Dojo Drift" style pitch...AND A 720° PEDAL TURN! That actually surpasses the demonstration of the F-35A from the Air Force. AND, that doesn't even cover the STOVL Demo!

I only wish I could have filmed this better. Two factors were at play here: 1. I have difficulty holding the camera still. Always have. There was a strong wind from behind that always threw me off balance.
2. The routine was so unexpected and jaw dropping, I couldnt anticipate where the plane was going. Hope this doesn't ruin the video for you.
