The best thing about the MCU isn’t the superheroes, or the suits, or the villains, it’s the friendships we all made along the way! ...Okay, fine, that’s not entirely true, but overall friendships are incredibly important in real life as well as in the MCU. It’s always nice seeing friends work together like Black Widow and Hawkeye, Thor and Hulk, Captain America and Iron Man (when those two aren’t at each other’s throats that is…), but we’re in for a major change in the near future. There’s a whole list of MCU friendships that are in danger and might never be the same after Phase 4.

Peter Parker and Ned Leeds are best friends now, but could we see a villainous turn from Ned coming in the next movie? Something a little Hobgoblin-y? That would be enough to drive a wedge between Spider-Man and his man in the chair! Can Rocket and Groot ever get back to where they were after Rocket has been on his own without his best friend for the last five years? What’s going to happen when Captain Marvel and Nick Fury meet up again and see how much each other has changed after more than 20 years. How will that affect their friendship?
