We used Weglot, a popular WordPress plugin for translating our WordPress site. Basically this is also a Weglot tutorial. There are several WordPress multilingual plugin titles that you can use, but we used Weglot. In order to use Weglot on your WordPress site, you need to create a Weglot account first. Then you’ll have to create a project within your Weglot dashboard. Using Weglot you can automatically translate the contents of your WordPress website. If you want to translate a particular text, sentence, or word you can easily do that as well.
A thing to note is, if you want to translate any particular word or sentence, you have to use Weglot visual editor. The visual editor is only available on a live server and not on localhost. So if you want to translate manually, you need to bring your site to a live server.
