Chile Rellenos Casserole

This is a deconstructed Chile Rellenos dish that delivers all of the flavors of the traditional Chile Rellenos, but as a casserole that is great for a family dinner, or take it to a potluck!

It is also a great recipe to scale up of down depending on how many servings are needed.
