Belt wrestling showdown at the BJJ Globetrotters camp in Heidelberg

On 31st July 2021, I held a small competition at the BJJ Globetrotters camp in Heidelberg, Germany, in which participants had the opportunity to square off in three different folk wrestling styles from around the world: Backhold, Collar and Elbow, and Central Asian belt wrestling.

This was a great little moment that occured during one of the belt wrestling matches. The score was 4-2 at this point, the music ("Jangar" by Anda Union) kicked in, and the crowd started getting fired up...
