Explanations for some items you might be surprised about:

Lifeforce potions: can generate in gold chests near the underworld
Meteorite bars needed for star cannon: same as above
cobalt shield: plenty of dungeons spawn with a wooden chest with a key, which allows you to snag a gold chest from the dungeon before killing Skeletron if you're fast enough, totally feasible
Adhesive bandage: shimmering a bezoar
