The most interesting part is the incentive. NVIDIA sells the chips either way. If AI replaces you, companies buy GPUs. If AI just makes you busier, companies buy GPUs. The only future Jensen loses is the one where companies stop believing AI matters. That is the future he calls lazy.

He has been fighting Anthropic's Dario Amodei about this for a year. They cannot both be right. One runs the company your boss buys chips from. The other builds the model your boss wants to replace you with.
