This is how to grow your hair with twists. I always do protective styles to give my hair a break and to grow it and retain length. Doing this allows my hair to flourish. It's the best method that I have found to maintain my hair and to grow it to waist length and tail bone length. When I wear protective styles I always make sure to use my hair growth oil and massage 2-3 times per week. This is the BEST style for Natural Hair Growth.
