Attack *( 1 + Bonus DMG%) *( 1 + Crit DMG%) * Skill DMG%
* (1 + Reaction DMG%)* (1 + Elemental Mastery DMG%)
* (1 - DMG Reduction%) * (1 - Resistance%)

The formula to calculate Attack:

(Base Character Atk + Weapon Atk) * ( 1 + AtK%) + Flat Atk
