David Benavidez Talks About His Fight Against Caleb Plant + How Mike Tyson Gave Him His Name

David Benavidez llega a Cali 93.9 en La Vale Show con Angelica Vale. He is an American-Mexican professional boxer. He is a three-time WBC super middleweight champion who claimed his first belt at the age of 21.

This weekend March 25th, David Benavidez will be up against Caleb Plant. Benavidez says there is bad blood, "This Saturday he will pay for everything he's said about me." Benavidez also mentions his fans have been waiting for the past 5 years for this face-off.

He also talks about how he got his nickname the "Mexican Monster" and he tells us Mike Tyson gave him the name during a podcast interview, "When a legend like Mike Tyson gives you a name, you stay with it and the people loved it."
