Today's workout Wednesday is a booty, hamstring and arms focused workout. All you will need are some dumbbells and a booty band. Prepare to feel the burn in your legs and arms with this workout while burning a ton of calories 🔥.

3 sets for each exercise and aim for 15 reps for all exercises.
