2. New Renault Captur off road: Hill start diagonal test (episode 2)

- Test conditions
*Hill start while the car was unbalanced, with the right frontal wheel unloaded (very low grip). The left rear wheel was inside a hole to increase diagonal unbalance and thence difficulty. Moreover, the car needed to develop enough traction to climb out the hole.
*Terrain: dirt, moderately wet (light rain, no mud yet).
*Timing: frame-to-frame, since the moment when the right drive wheel started moving to the moment the right rear wheel climbed up the hill. In this test, timing must be considered approximate, as we could not reproduce exactly the car position for every trial.

Renault Captur 2 TCe 100 LPG Intens My2020, summer tires, ESP + traction control (not deactivatable), open differential. Three different Multi-sense modalities: Sport, MySense and Eco.
