Bruce Clark, author, journalist, and broadcaster, with a lifelong interest in the history and language of Greece, sheds light on a pivotal moment in Greek history by discussing the demographic expansion, political passion, and cultural experimentation in Athens during the interwar period, from Venizelos to the Metaxas regime.

Facilitating the discussion and offering a short commentary is Alexander Kitroeff, Professor Emeritus of History at Haverford College and current professor of History at CYA.
