Hello guys note 1 kg beef Nihari recipe for home cooking.

Ghee/oil 100ml
Onion 1 small size
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbl spn
Beef/mutton 1 kg
Salt to taste 1/2 tbl spn
Red chilli powder 1/3 tbl spn
Cumin seeds powder 1 tea spn
Dry ginger (soond) powder 1 tea spn
Fennel seed powder 1 tea spn
Water 1 ltr ….
Fry and cook bring it to boil

Again water 500ml
Fine flour (fine Aata) 50g
Red flour(chakki Aata)50g
Mix well and add cook for 15to20 minute
And last add
Garam Masala power 1 tbl spn
And cover keep Dum on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes

Garnish with green chilli ginger Julian’s and lemon slices.
