Topic – Success in Education
NC Sridharan is a lawyer and belongs to a family of lawyers. Selected to All India Civil Services in 1972 but preferred to practice law. Headed HR and Personnel functions of leading MNCs for more than three decades. Selected to participate in a Seminar on Motivation for Productivity conducted by Asian Productivity Organization, Tokyo, Japan in 1988. Winner of Ishikawa Essay Contest twice conducted by Asian Productivity Organisation, Tokyo, Japan. In 1993 he quit his senior management corporate function to serve the cause of education along with his wife Radha Sridharan. Conducted Managing Change workshops and addressed more than one crore employees across India to help them realise the need for change. Responsible for starting of three large educational institutions. Received Advanced Practitioners and Master Practitioners Certifications from NLP Comprehensive, Colorado, USA. Actively engaged in mentoring teachers, students and parents to deal with learning related challenges. Started a Tamil Monthly magazine called வானமே எல்லை and has been its editor for the past 20 years. Has authored more than 25 books in Tamil and English.
