The local traffic in Bangladesh is dominated by cycle rickshaws. This is obvious from the traffic jam at a level crossing in downtown Narayanganj, a city with 1.5 mio inhabitants in the metropolitan area of Dhaka. It should be noted that the scene does not show the situation during rush hour but the moderate traffic at noon.

Das dominante Verkehrsmittel in Bangladesh sind die Fahrrad-Rikschas. Dies zeigt sich deutlich an dem Stau vor einem Bahnübergang im Zentrum von Narayanganj, einer Stadt mit 1,5 Mio Einwohnern im Großraum Dhaka. Es sei an diese Stelle erwähnt, daß die Szene nicht den Verkehr zur Rush Hour zeigt, sondern eine moderate Situation in der Mittagszeit.
