Ultimate DIY Projects: Truck Cap ~ Camper Build Episode 4

The 4th installment in the Ultimate DIY Project Series displaying a completed basic frame ( Less a custom Dome that rises above the living compartment). Moving forward, we will build out the remaining contours, fit drawers and cabinets, cover the unit in a wood and fiberglass skin, wire it for solar power and shore power, plumb it for essential needs and construct the rear door before we take it cross country just in time to escape winter.

The premise here is that you don't need to spend $30,000 - $50,000 on an over priced commercially built unit. Fact is that once you cut out and finish the parts... you can do this for a few thousand dollars and take pride in your accomplishment.
