How to restrict app deletion on iPhone / iPad in iOS 12/13/14

If you share your iPhone or iPad with kids, then you may not want him or her to remove your apps. That's where you can use iOS 12's or 13’s or 14's Screen Time restrictions to stop removing apps. Here are the steps.
- Open the Settings app, and then tap Screen Time.
- On the Screen Time panel, tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- Under the Store Purchases & Redownloads section, tap Deleting Apps.
- Tap Don’t Allow to restrict app delete.
