Bodegas to Visit in Mendoza – Part 1 🍷

We started our Mendoza wine tour at 📌 Susana Balbo Wines in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo — one of Argentina’s most iconic wine regions!

📍Mendoza, Argentina

We came here for the famous Argentinian asado 🇦🇷 (parrilla-style lunch) and stayed for the Andes views 🏔️ and guided tour of their wine cellar 😌

🌟 Fun fact: Susana Balbo is Argentina’s first female winemaker and is known as the queen of Torrontés — a floral, citrusy white wine unique to the country!

✨ Wine Pairings We Tried:
🥂 Osadía 2024 Torrontés — paired with empanadas, mollejas, chorizo & morcilla
🍷 BenMarco Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 — served with ribeye, entraña, crispy potatoes & costillas
🍮 Crios Dulce Natural 2023 — with a pancake filled with dulce de leche
