PoE Meshtastic node using a raspberry pi

Today we build a meshtastic node using a raspberry pi 4, a Waveshare Power over Ethernet hat, and a Waveshare LoRa hat.

NOTE: Due to a bug in the hardware of the LoRa hat, it's probably not suitable for a meshtastic node. The hardware gets hot, and has no txco. Which means that when transmitting a "long message" (100ish characters) it starts drifting off frequency. The end result is that the other nodes never hear a complete message. I have ordered another hat that seems promising, and includes a TXCO.
