The steam condenses on these pipe walls and is carried out of vacudest as a liquid crystal clear distillate without any contaminants. It is perfect for being reused in your own production process.

The evaporated concentrate is drained off. These evaporation residue has only a fraction of your original amount of waste water, giving you dramatic savings on disposal costs.The evaporation process with a vacudest is particularly energy saving thanks to the energy return feature. In the recuperator the in-flowing wastewater is Preheated by the residual heat of the distillate. In the bundle of pipes the 120 degrees hot steams transfers its heats to the waste water.The waste water heats up and evaporates without external heating, compared with the evaporation at the normal pressure you can make up-to 95% energy savings, thanks to this process of recycling energy.
