Animated Ceiling Fan

Some of 3DWorld's buildings have ceiling fans with lights. These can be switched on and off by the player with light switches. The entire fan rotates, which doesn't look perfect, but so far I haven't found a model where the fan blade is a separate object that satisfies my other 3D model requirements.
